Como es un gran esquiador, el roce de la bota sobre la tibia le produc\u00eda muchos dolores y tras probar diversas opciones ( siliconas, almohadillados diversos&#8230;), se le ocurri\u00f3 el uso de compresas vaginales tal como hab\u00eda observado a algunos peregrinos en el Camino de Santiago que las utilizaban para protegerse los pies.
