Boutoniere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Os explico el mecanismo extensor del dedo, as\u00ed como el test de Elson y una variaci\u00f3n que explican como detectar su ruptura as\u00ed como su inmovilizaci\u00f3n para evitar la deformaci\u00f3n en Boutoniere.<\/p>\n<p>A veces no hace falta que se produzca una herida, sino que un golpe sobre la cara dorsal de la artc IFP del dedo, una contracci\u00f3n violenta etc. pueden producir una rotura subcut\u00e1nea o una lesi\u00f3n que al movilizarla provoque una elongaci\u00f3n del tend\u00f3n haciendo que la bandeleta central sea insuficiente y se acaben luxando las laterales por debajo del centro de rotaci\u00f3n de la articulaci\u00f3n, provocando una deformidad en Boutoniere, que con el paso del tiempo puede convertirse en irreductible.<\/p>\n<p>Si pese a realizar el test de Elson no lo tenemos claro, la prudencia exige inmovilizar la IFP en extensi\u00f3n durante por lo menos 3 semanas ( dependiendo del traumatismo&#8230; hasta 6 semanas), la cirug\u00eda secundaria es complicada y los resultados no muy buenos.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ivuPAarS6sg?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=es-ES&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os explico el mecanismo extensor del dedo, as\u00ed como el test de Elson y una variaci\u00f3n que explican como detectar su ruptura as\u00ed como su inmovilizaci\u00f3n para evitar la deformaci\u00f3n en Boutoniere.
